[Legal administration of TheBroithers's universe].
Creature. _ then Female Human. _ then Inès Arab. ...Being. _
Like Yves Klein with his registered International Klein Blue (IKB), Inès has chosen to legally protect the very essence of her work: the TheBroithers's® universe. It is not a single work that lies at the heart of this initiative, but rather an artistic universe that has been identified, registered, and developed as a whole.
A creature of the Universe
It is rare for an artist to successfully combine poetry, social commitment, and legal rigor. Inès Arab has done just that.
Born in Lyon, having grown up between Lyon and the Beaujolais region, with Algerian, Kabyle, Amazigh, Saharan, and a few other surprising roots…, she embodies a multifaceted humanity. Much like an ancestral melting pot, which she brings to life in her art, she weaves together the various dimensions of her history.We are all a nuance.
Yelling doesn’t make us any stronger. But everyone has their own perspective. Everyone has their own needs. Everyone has their own desires. Peace isn’t built through coercion, humiliation, or contempt. It arises from respect, listening, and the ability to acknowledge others. I will always respect human beings, both the young and the old.
As one of my fellow human beings so aptly put it a sentiment I fully share“I don’t want to live in a world where kindness is seen as a weakness.”
Among the values that guide me, one remains essential: life on earth is short. So, I might as well choose to speak kindly or remain silent and move forward on a path of self-improvement.
Respect isn’t just about human beings. It extends to all creatures, as well as their ideas, their work, their time, and their creativity. Many artists don’t see the point in protecting their work. For me, even before I became well-known, it was important to protect my “baby.” When you give things time to mature, when you put your whole heart and conviction into them, then you’ve won.
The world of TheBroithers’s was born out of this need: to preserve, structure, and pass on a world that is both intimate and universal, where every gesture, every color, and every character carries meaning.
Inès Arab shows that peace can also be created through silence, gentleness, and perseverance without seeking to impose her perspective, without resorting to a cry that hurts, but with the power of a just cry: one that expresses, conveys, and unites.
Poetry and symbols
Every Inès creation is a breath of hope.
- Featured Painting: "Flag of Peace," a metaphor for existence (Be), I'll leave the interpretation up to you
- Peace Bridge Staff: “characters” symbols invented and loosely inspired by ancestral Amazigh symbols (ⵣ) without intending to. “Honor to my culture, honor to the worlds, and adding one more touch of the future for the Worlds.”
- TheBroithers’s 's symbols speak for themselves. A tribute to the child within us all. Forever.
- A design aesthetic in which simplicity (elegant restraint) and light permeate every detail
“Each of us has our own beauty, and I share a glimpse of my beauty and my energy. I’m just a positive person who has managed to hold on to a precious part of a child’s innocence. It’s a reminder of peace.”
Creations (if the energy is there [...]) are not just objects: they are bridges between beings, a poetic echo in the light of childhood and the soul.
A copy will always fall short of the original
“A copy will always fall short of the original.
My intention is to use my art to help make the world a little more beautiful. Everyone benefits from that.”_ Inès Arab, TheBroithers’s
Philosophy and values
Inès believes in respect, perseverance and shared light.
Adults were once children. Behind every human being lies a story, a sensitivity, and a sense of innocence that must be preserved in the face of the world’s violence.
Through her art, Inès seeks to:
- create works that bring peace and joy;
- to convey light and genuine emotions;
- to offer a place to breathe in a fast-paced world.
TheBroithers’s: An Artistic House
TheBroithers’s is not just a brand or a collection: it is an artistic house, built with patience, high standards, and conviction.
A home for those who champion, promote, and honor peace.
Each creation follows a structured process:
- transparent contracts and terms of sale;
- a French and international legal framework;
- the desire to pass on an artistic and cultural heritage.
“Being a peacemaker is a calling.
Staying true to what is real, raw, and sincere is the ultimate luxury.”_I.A TheBroithers’s
Protection and openness
The protection of a work is part of its history.
Like the great creators who came before her such as Chanel and Walt Disney, Inès believes that protecting and shaping an artistic universe helps preserve its uniqueness, integrity, and continuity over time.
When you acquire a work by TheBroithers's, you’re bringing home much more than just an object: you’re taking home a fragment of a story, an encounter with light, and an emotion created by the artist.
Each piece is unique and embodies the values that define this world: Authenticity. Perseverance. Beauty. Positive energy.
“The justice of the human heart is sometimes beautiful and noble.
Every artistic gesture matters; every choice has meaning. True luxury lies in the choice to live according to one’s values and one’s heart.”_ Inès Arab, TheBroithers’s
TheBroithers’s offers more than just art: it is a living legacy, an invitation to experience and share light and peace.
These works legally protected and driven by sincere conviction become a source of inspiration for those who encounter them.
An important reminder
“Be curious, be respectful, and cultivate the light around you.
Taking action is demanding, but the beauty and peace are worth it.”
Everyone has their own way of expressing themselves. If we want a better world, let’s cultivate curiosity and respect rather than bitterness.
It's easy to criticize. Taking action takes courage.
A responsible artistic approach
A little anecdote: I never use titanium white or cadmium-based paint, out of personal preference and out of concern for my well-being and that of others.
Every artistic gesture matters. Every choice has meaning.
After all, we only have one life on Earth. The heart can stop beating overnight a reminder from the Universe so we might as well choose to live in accordance with our values.
My website contains nothing superfluous: just the essentials.
Art.
Craftsmanship.
What is true, raw, and sincere.
Food for the heart, the mind, and the imagination.
I am a DifferenceNuance.
And so are you.
A unique breath of fresh air a presence that reassures, soothes, and makes you feel good.
