A creature of the Universe

It's not often that an artist manages to combine poetry, commitment and legal rigor. Inès Arab succeeds. Born in Lyon, raised between Lyon and Beaujolais, with Kabyle, Amazigh, Saharan roots, and a few other surprises... (you'll understand when you read her book), she embodies a plural humanity, an ancestral melting pot that she transposes into her art.

"Many people who are artists don't see the point of protecting their work. For my part, before I was recognized, it was important for me to protect my 'baby'. When you've given it time to mature, when you put your heart and conviction into it, then you've won."

The world of TheBroithers's was born of this need: to preserve, structure and transmit an intimate and universal world, where every gesture, every color, every character carries meaning.

Bâton-pont de paix: "characters", symbols invented and inspired by ancestral Amazigh symbols (ⵣ) without having sought it out. "Honor my culture, honor the worlds and bring a touch more, future for the Worlds". TheBroithers's symbols as a matter of course.

"I give of my beauty, energy, strength, patience, laughter, tears, calm, left on my canvases. I'm not an idol (I refuse to be), I'm just a positive creature, who has managed to keep a precious part of children's innocence. It's a reminder of peace.

"The justice of human hearts is sometimes beautiful and noble. I began sharing and selling, adopting and offering my work without social networks or a website, the same year I showed my work to the world, in January 2024, at the Salon International d'Art Contemporain in Paris. The first lucky visitors (not counting the legal team in 2023) discovered the beauty and uniqueness of each creation, recognizing the effort, passion and authenticity that drive them. The year 2023 was one of protection and waiting for registration certificates for my work.

A little anecdote: I never use titanium white or cadmium-based paint, out of concern for the well-being of myself and, by extension, others. Every artistic gesture counts, every choice has meaning. After all, we only have one earthly life: the heart can stop overnight (a joker in the Universe), and true luxury lies in choosing to live it according to our values and our heart. My site contains nothing superfluous, just the essentials: art and craft, faithful to what is true, raw and sincere. Food from the heart, the mind and beyond. I'm a DifferenceNuance and so are you. TheBroithers's is a French brand, born in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, in 69, France. Created by an outsider, a young woman as yet unknown, the brand was protected in 2023. TheBroithers's is a blend of brother and sister: Brother and Sister of humanity.

The artist is a human creature whom the Universe has named Inès Arab. Inès Arab, a visual artist born in Lyon, France, like the writer Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, author of The Little Prince, grew up and attended university between Lyon and the Beaujolais region.

She is a creature of the Universe.

She was born on Earth, human, female, with Kabyle (Algeria) and Saharan origins (official source). Unofficial source: she ignores her other, more distant origins, from 300, 400 or 600 years ago, 1000 years and more... Amazons, Algeria, with the city of Timgad (Batna): nicknamed the "Pompeii of Africa", Roman city founded by the emperor Trajan in the 1st century (classified UNESCO), Algeria, France and all other countries are lands of the Earth.

The Earth, marked by mixing and so many other influences, breaks TheBroithers's artist's heart when she sees these wars, these genocides, these unjust famines, the lack of solidarity of certain humans... What idiocy! We who are all... cartoons of the Universe. Yeah. You didn't see that one coming.

I came up with this metaphor: this is what happens when you dare to take that path... that famous path. Tales and legends from around the Mediterranean. In reality, the world is a melting pot, and this is what should bring us all together, in the name of the absent, in the name of Truth, of our origins, link, trait. A moving passage of lives.

The emblematic canvas of TheBroithers's universe, "Toile Phare", and its little "Bâton-pont de paix" characters (created from the body symbol of its ancestors, the Amazigh sign of "free humans"), benefit from official legal protection as Designs and Models, in France and internationally.

This recognition guarantees the originality and uniqueness of my work, and provides me with a legal framework to protect my creations from unauthorized reproduction.

Terms and conditions of sale of the artist-author

- Only French law is applicable to the sale of TheBroithers's

- In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have jurisdiction.

- The consumer, the buyer, the purchaser do not benefit from a right of retraction for any purchase made in France or outside France.

- Transport, insurance and customs costs are the responsibility of the consumer, buyer and purchaser.

- The deadline for payment is the day of the sale (same day). The artist reserves the right to cancel the sale in the event of non-payment.

- Each delivery will be made once the funds are fully available in the artist-author's bank account.

- The price of the work given is a price excluding taxes. VAT may be added to this price if it is due in the purchaser's country, as well as customs duties within the territory of the consumer, buyer or purchaser.

I think it's right to value artistic effort and avoid my works suffering the initial fate of Margaret Keane's, exploited without recognition. I'm thinking of Tim Burton's Big Eyes.
