TheBroithers’s (a play on “brother & sister”)
is his stage name on the French and international music scenes.
Her given name is Inès, in reference to Inès de La Fressange. Her mother loved Coco Chanel and also admired this iconic figure of the 1980s and 1990s, known for her unconventional personality. Combining simplicity and innocence with poise and a bit of edge as some media reports have noted she strikes a balance between approachability and uniqueness. She loves to play with words, sometimes using sharp language, but always with sincerity. She is self-taught and a student of life.
A style all her own. Tangy. Sophisticated. Without any unnecessary frills: it’s a matter of sensitivity. Natural. Humble. Resourceful…
Like an echo from the past: waking up at 4:33 a.m. for my first class at 8 a.m. Nearly three hours of commuting, morning and evening, to get to the university past Lyon, every day of the week. Responsibilities, a demanding schedule but always that determination to keep moving forward.
Not to mention the little everyday chores… because cleanliness is next to godliness ❤️, helping neighborhood kids with their homework in the city even though she lived in the countryside, and short weekend getaways to the Beaujolais region. Despite this hectic pace, she earned her bachelor’s degree with honors without complaining, always with a smile and then went on to pursue a master’s degree focused on the arts, humanities, and education. She didn’t grow up with the same opportunities offered by big cities. Her path was different. But it was also through this difference that her vision took shape.
It's all about nuance.
Difficulty doesn’t exist only where we imagine it to be. It cuts across all walks of life, all stories, and all landscapes. Learning to see with greater nuance is already a step toward a more humane world. She loved what she did, but she was missing what truly set her heart racing. Determined, she knows the hardships of life, but also its sweetness. Resilient. Her academic journey prepared her to create sincere art, blending language, literature, symbols, messages, and emotions. Her studies equipped her with essential tools: language sciences, information and communication, image semiotics, image rights, literature, visual arts, history, geography… All this knowledge now fuels a creative practice rooted in life and human experiences: an art that is both useful and beautiful, conveying messages of peace.

Art nourished by life and color
Drawn to symbols, prehistory, "The Iliad and the Odyssey" [in middle school, between the ages of 10 and 15, she was involved in theater and played the role of Penelope, Odysseus’s wife, in a musical (a nod to that famous middle school as well as to her music and singing teacher)], Edward Hopper, mythology, abstract art, pop colors, street art materials as well as more traditional mediums, and many other things.

Initially drawn to singing, she then branched out into rock, singer-songwriter music, classical music, rap, world music, and many other musical styles. As long as they’re beautiful. Keep an open heart. Dare to explore.

Known by the pseudonym TheBroithers's, she is a visual artist, author, and performer. Her journey shaped by her studies in education, the arts, and literature, as well as by numerous explorations reflects a single quest: to serve beauty, peace, faith, discovery, and human dignity. Deeply inspired by her personal experiences and her search for peace, her works explore universal concepts that transcend borders: dignity, resilience, love, the joy of living, gratitude, justice, and that essential question: What is Love?
She believes that certain images, when created with good intentions and driven by a desire for innocence, altruism, and beauty, can connect people, soothe hearts, leave a lasting impression, and, perhaps, reawaken a forgotten passion. A primal memory. Her creations also echo with music, the rhythm of the heart, and life experiences. To give oneself heart and soul. To be a craftsman of Love, with patience, gentleness, and respect. TheBroithers’s: a movement for peace.

This artistic rendezvous is a sensitive and poetic encounter, at any time of night or day, in a kitchen, a club, a corridor, a hotel, a neighborhood, a train station or airport, a living room, a lawyer's office, a courthouse, in schools, a bedroom, a museum, a police station, a light-free space for secretly daydreaming about a better world, a hospital, an association, a clinic, a confidant's home, a library, a ministry, an international human rights organization, or simply outdoors, in companies or at home. Or cited as an example during an oral exchange, his works hanging in the invisible air of déjà-vu space, without a second thought.
